Never been treated so rude as a customer in a retail store before. The female manager was the most rude person. I have never been treated like that in Advanced Auto Parts or Napa. My business will not be at O'Reilly ever again!
Not only has the staff all been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I am continually impressed by the managers willingness to go above and beyond. I have never had a bad experience and this is the only place I will shop car or farm parts.
