Very bad experience. Their service was good at first when they wanted my money, but they sent the wrong item. When I contacted them, at first they wouldn't reply. When I did eventually get a reply, I was told that the product that was advertised wasn't really the one that they were selling. The owner named Darin offered a refund, but after that offer he won't answer any emails and hasn't refunded a penny. All I wanted was the product that I paid for, but despite their advertising, they don't even sell it. I would give these guys zero stars if it was possible. Wrong product. BOGUS refund offer. No integrity here.
I CALLED AND ORDERED A BLOWER WHEEL FOR A COLEMAN FURNACE THAT NO ONE IN MISSISSIPPI COULD FIND. THIS FURNACE IS A MUCH OLDER MODEL WITH PARTS THAT MAY NO LONGER BE IN PRODUCTION. THE PARTS SERVICEMAN AT ABERDEEN PARTS WAS ABLE TO FIND THE PARTI NEEDED BY THE MODEL NUMBER THAT WAS INSTALLED WHEN THE FURNACE FIRST WAS PRODUCED. EXACT SIZE! ! COULD NOT HAVE HAD A MORE PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE. HE RUSHED MY REQUEST AND SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. I GIVE THIS COMPANY AN A+ RATING. THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE HOT MISSISSIPPI DELTA!
