I've used their services for years and they has always treated me wonderfully. They worked to get me the best price and got things done quickly.
Amazing customer service and people who there! Got me a really great deal and provided me with a service car for no extra charge while they worked on mine. I highly recommend them and the woman, Kim, who owns the place is absolutely wonderful!
Horrible people. A person called Kim answer the phone when I called asking for directions and treated me very bad. I was going to use their services but choose another company due to having an uneducated and rude person answering the phone. I was asking for directions to do an estimated and she told me right away they couldn't do it with an attitude, then when I told her if they offer courtesy cars she said with a sarcastic tone of voice it depends. I told her I will take my business elsewhere and she said better yet and start laughing. What kind of business have this kind of customer service? I don't recommend this company at all just because of their lack of empathy and rude customer service's skills.
After I hit a deer I made one call to Kim at Jason's and she took care of everything. She dealt with insurance, got me a loaner car, and the repairs looked like new. It was absolutely as hassle free as it could have possibly been. I will recommend Jason's to friends in the future!
