All employees that I encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I was amazed at the amount of time Harry spent acquainting me with my new vehicle. He was very patient with me and very knowledgeable about technical aspects of the vehicle. I also appreciated how gracefully other members of my family were treated throughout the course of the purchase.
