Absolutely the worst service I have ever had!!! I would not recommend going here for anything!!! The manager/owner STEVE had the nerve to call me a B**ch after I called him out on a bad DOT. We bought a used truck from him and had to have it DOT'd in our state and it failed! Even though I had my DOT inspection form from Crossroad Truck and Trailer signed off just a week prior. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! In fact RUN!!!
Greg the General Manager is as honest as they come, nice easy going guy! Great group of guys, mechanics know there stuff! I would definitely recommend... They have gone through some changes recently, which has made this shop a better place!
They replaced the oil cooler on my c15 cat and got me running in a timely fashion. Their work was greatly appreciated. Customer service was good.
