They are one of the worst agencies to rent from. When my boyfriend moved in to his apartment it was disgusting and reeked of marijuana from the maintenance men, it had to be cleaned before it was even living standards. The worst part was he still hasn't received his deposit back after 5 months of moving out. We waited till 4 months to even say anything. First they said it hadn't been cleaned yet but we learned someone already put a deposit down for utilities. Then they promised it would be sent to us within seven days and it wasn't. After that they said it's not their fault because they couldn't get ahold of the owner Brian Beotcher and told us to get ahold of him..he doesn't answer or return any calls. 3 weeks later and still no deposit back. Definitely the worst agency I have ever worked with
