Bad service on ring sizing service, limited employees with the required knowledge. Unpleasant experience.
Buyers beware.....I went to this store 2 days ago and asked them about a ring and they quoted me a price of 3700.00....told them to hold the ring I'd pick it up on Friday.....so I went to my local riddles in Watertown to find out the ring was only 2700.00....so when I went back they couldn't even find the ring til after I had told them I wouldn't be buying it considering it was 1000.00 dollars cheaper in Watertown....would I drive 200 miles to save 1000.00 yes who wouldn't in this day and time.....very dissatisfied with the service I received will not be recommending nor going back to this store....BUYER BEWARE...
