Used to love coming here now everytime I make an appointment it's wrong I've missed work and spent a lot of time waiting for the mistakes the scheduling people have made. I have also had them change my times without saying and then the front desks look at me like I'm dumb. Idk but they need to figure it out or I guess I'll be going somewhere new
Best OB I've been too. The nurses are very friendly and easy to talk too! And Dr.Lewis is great! The best staff I've ever encountered. Dr. Lewis also cares so much about his patients and their babies. If I could give more stars I would.

It's a beautiful new building, with beautiful patient rooms. The cafeteria is way nicer than Saint Luke's, but I'm betting The increased cost for Sanford Insurance is in some way connected to the aesthetic choices made and not necessarily due to better outcomes
If I could rate lower I would! This is the second time I have been to this hospital and been very disappointed. Nurses and Drs act as if they don't have time to take care of your family members. Backup Generator kicks in and recirculates every Monday which causes a diesel smell in all the rooms. If you are sick and would like to be sicker I suggest coming here. Such a shame for such a pretty place to be run so poorly. Someone should talk to Mr. Sanford and get this place up to par. Such a shame!!
