Good doctors here. Some of ladies at the check-in counter aren't very friendly.

The lady at the front desk named Kelly was absolutely terrible, did not want too help me out and did not explain herself clearly and then got mad at me for not understanding her. The manager is a great guy and cleared up the problem.
