I don't know why people give five stars to this place this is the worst place to go, they over price, if you not have insurance they check your credit to "help" but if the patient don't have credit they can't help you. I have dental insurance and they told me that I have to pay out of pocket, I went to different place and I just paid only my deductible.
Aspen did remake a new upper and it did fit after a few adjustments and so far has been ok. I have a 7 year (insurance/replacement) on them and frankly that'd be the only way/time I'd revisit.
Helped me out when no one else would. Rates are great especially if you do not have insurance! The staff was helpful and friendly when i visited, the dentist and assistants who helped me were very professional and kind, explaining everything i asked them. Would definately go back!
I foolishly paid the full amount up front before any treatment started despite having good dental insurance.
It's 12/23/2017 and I just got a bill for work done 11/29/16 !! (Which i just paid online)
I went in for a cleaning, and instead of the cleaning I scheduled they told me to do an examination. (They refused to take my records of my previous dentist). The main staff were nice but their services were slow and expensive even with insurance. The dentist I saw cared more about a profit that the patients care.
Originally I was told that my upper denture would be ready in time for a vacation last November (2016). However it turned out that it was many weeks later that i finally got them and they were not a good fit, despite me "hanging in there and wearing them for a few days", my mouth was cut and pretty sore.
I thought they were very helpful and nice. I thought they were professional. I would recommend them
