Ordered the sirloin prepared medium, it was served closer to well done. I ordered an old fashioned made with makers, the bar tender didn't prepare it properly. I did not drink it and asked for it to be removed from my tab. She argued with me about the proper way to prepare it and claimed that they have been serving them the same way for 40 years, that's laughable! I found it odd that while sitting at the bar, the bar tender required that a server come take our food order. The server was fantastic and I wish she was the only employee my friend and I dealt with.
Excellent New York strip! Service is very good too. A little pricey but one of my favorites in town

Steak was under seasoned, worse yet, my wife and I both became ill after eating here. My wife got the lobster, this was not only overcooked (rubbery), they committed one of the worst sins to lobster that could ever be. They served and possibly cooked it with fake butter, margarine, yes I can absolutely tell the difference and it's awful... My wife and I haven't been able to muster up the courage to give this place another shot. :-(
Huge disappointment. I am in town for work for the month. I had a few people suggest this place. So I was excited to have Intel on a local favorite. The steak was not edible. Clam chowder had no flavor. Even the fries were unevenly cooked. The waitress was nice and offered to get me something else. I left my entire uneaten meal. Paid my bill and won't be back. I hope that this family owned ( for generations) can pull it together.
